What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
This notice is not final. The handling described below is what the site does today. How long booking details are kept, and any third parties they are shared with, are still to be confirmed by the business.
What we collect
If you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of event, the venue, the dates you are asking for, and any note you add. We also record the booking itself, what was requested, and the prices charged.
Your dates and your basket
The dates you choose and the items you look at are stored in your browser so the site can remember them between pages. They are never sent to us until you send a request, and they are never used to decide prices or availability on their own — the server checks every request against live stock.
Booking references
Your booking reference alone does not give access to your details. A booking page also needs a private link, so a reference on its own is not enough to see someone else's request.
Emails
We email you about your request — a receipt, and a note when it is confirmed, declined or has expired. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or share your details.
How long we keep things
How long booking records and expired requests are kept is still to be confirmed by the business, and will be set out here before launch.
